Paw Kristensen

Paw Kristensen is one of the founding fathers of 3p logistics group, and still today the CEO and major shareholder of the group.

Paw is known as ”the traveller” in the company and is very rarely to be found in one of the same 3pl offices in a longer period of time.

Paw is educated shipbroker and completed his MBA in 2004. In 2009 awarded with ”The most promising young leader in Denmark”!

Paw about 3pl : ”I feel it is my baby, I love the company and working with people across cultures and opinions is of great joy for me! I often, think about the great days in 2005, when 4 young guys, with big dreams, jumped out into the unknown together! It is fantastic what we have acheived over the years”.

Niels Christian V. Andersen

Niels is one of the founding fathers of 3p logistics group in 2005. Niels has more than 25 years of experience within the shipping industry.

Niels is a qualified shipbroker and forwarder, he started his career declaring ships in port of Odense before pursuing forwarding and shipping later on.

Niels divides his time between the Head Office in Denmark and the group’s other offices in Europe and the Baltics.

Niels about 3pl: “3pl has been and still is a fantastic journey, which I believe we can continue and develop through hard work and dedication – a dedication that is passed onto our employees and customers. Last but not least, keeping ahead on new technologies and developments in supply chain management”!

Rune W. Sørensen

Rune is one of the founding fathers of 3p logistics group in 2005. Rune has 15 years of experience within the seafreight business and global networking.

Rune is originally educated within the mercantil business, and hereafter went into the logistics business. Meaning Rune has ”both sides of table” on his CV, which enables him to have a clear understanding of the clients and partners needs at all times.

In 3pl Rune is known as the go to guy within seafreight import and sits a large experience with seafreight import and cooperation strategies with the shipping lines and global partners.

Rune about 3pl : ”It is really hard to understand that almost 15 years with 3pl has passed by. For sure we are still learning everyday, but we know our cooperate profile is growing step by step – both internal and external. This is a blue stamp of our efforts as a company”!

Vilmantas Ladyga

Vilmantas is one of the founding fathers of 3p logistics Lithuania, Latvia and Poland.

Vilmantas joined the 3pl group in 2007 and has been an important asset in the achievements 3pl has made in the Baltics, especially Lithuania and Latvia!

Vilmantas is educated within shipping and has been in the business for more than 15 years in total. In 3pl Vilmantas is known as Mr. Baltic and he is constantly looking for new opportunities to develop 3pl in the Baltic area and CIS.

Vilmantas about 3pl: “Back in 2007 I decided to start 3pl Baltics, and over the years it has been an amazing journey with a lot of challenges and fun. I’m 100% sure the future will bring even more interesting tasks. 3pl is my passion and motivation, and I love to work with a great team behind me!”

Dmitri Zhukov

Dmitri is among the founding fathers of 3PL Estonia and Finland.

Dmitri joined the 3PLGROUP™ in 2019 and has been an important asset in the achievements 3PL has made in Estonia, transit Russia and Finland.

Dmitri has many years of experience in the shipping field and have been in the business for more than 15 years in total.

Dmitri is constantly looking for new opportunities to develop 3PL and enjoys new possibilities within the group.
